Returns
If during the fourteen days after delivery, you decide for any reason that you wish to return the goods, you may do so for a full refund of the purchase price.
All items must be returned complete and in an un-used condition.

Faulty Goods
All items are carefully inspected for quality before dispatch.
However, in the unlikely event that you should receive a faulty item, you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price plus your postage costs, or a replacement plus a refund of your postage costs.

Glyph do not use any premium rate telephone, fax or internet charges.
Security & Privacy Policy
- Glyph do not pass on customer details to any third parties, other than for the purpose of completing the payment procedure with your bank.
- We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).
- Glyph shopping basket uses a 'cookie' to list what you have put in your basket, ready for checking-out. If you don't have cookies enabled for Paperblanks-Diaries, you won't be able to put items in the basket.
- The online ordering process in this website (including the entry of credit card details) uses a secure connection with SSL/128 bit encryption, verified by GeoTrust, an internationally-recognised secure certificate provider.
- Customers' credit card details are never stored on our site, they go straight from our payment page to the banks' payment system via PayPoint.
